Synopsis from Goodreads:

Spring, summer, fall, winter.

Every season is a season for romance. This first volume in a collection of short stories will take you on fantastical adventures of romance and daring. Sweet spring tales of blossoming love with a sprinkle of swoon and snark.

My Thoughts:

5 stars.

If you love clean romantasy then this collection of short stories is not to be missed!

This collection contains 9 romantasy stories set in spring. This was a really strong collection. All the stories were well written, and I enjoyed every one of them. From spaceships to ballrooms, and everything in between, these stories were sweet and clean and full of romance. It contained some authors I have read before, and some I read for the first time and would happily read more.

It was a nice surprise to see a follow up to Rachel Lawrence’s story from Tails, Scales and Tiaras.
I really enjoyed Hadassah Waugh’s Heirs of the Seasons story and was pleased to know that the story of the other heirs will continue in the other anthologies.
The Language of Touch was the story I found most moving. It so beautifully handled the healing from sexual assault.
But seriously, all the stories were so good.

Not only did this contain great stories, but beautiful artwork as well. This anthology is a stunning piece of art that I need in paperback form.

I can’t wait to read the Summer, Fall and Winter anthologies.

I am especially excited for you to read MY short story in Winter! (Releasing November 2025).
